I've spent over 8 years working in IT across Australia and New Zealand — managing enterprise systems, leading teams, and solving complex problems in high-pressure environments. But the work that's always meant the most to me is the simple stuff — sitting face to face with someone, walking through things in everyday language, and not leaving until the job is done and they feel confident.
My parents were my real inspiration. Watching them struggle with things I could sort out in minutes made me realise how a bit of the right help at the right time can make everything feel less overwhelming.
